Groundwave Demo
When you register to access the demo version of Groundwave, we ask for your full name, organisation or affiliation, and a valid email address. We process this information on the following lawful bases to authenticate your access, deliver login credentials, updates, and support messages and to send occasional emails aimed at understanding your needs and improving our platform. You can opt out of these emails at any time. Any feedback you submit through our in-demo feedback page will be completely anonymous and will not be linked back to your registration details. If you submit a message via our contact form, we may also record your IP address, browser type and version, device type and settings, time zone and location information, operating system, referral source, and user behavior (pages visited, links clicked, time spent). We use this data to analyze trends, administer the site, and optimize both the website and the demo experience.
Retention
We retain your registration data (name, organisation/affiliation, email) for three months from the date of your last activity, after which it will be securely deleted or irreversibly anonymized. Any anonymous feedback remains uncoupled from personal identifiers and may be retained indefinitely for product development.
